Blender tooling for Kalibr

through this procedure we will validate a bespoke eye-in-hand calibration procedure using Kalibr.
the steps are:
1. a kalibr target grid is generated

generate a target grid
Section titled “generate a target grid”the pattern (soon to be dockerized) to generate a PDF grid looks like
